Policies

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule your event, your deposit is non-refundable but is transferable. You may put your paid deposit toward any future available date. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your event may be subject to forfeiture. If there is a cancellation by us, your money will be completely refunded.

Fees

There are a few fees that may be added to your invoice if applicable. If your event is located outside of the New Haven county there is a travel fee. If you book your event within the same week, it is considered an add-on and there is a fee. There is also an early set up convenience fee.

Set up/Break down

Set up for your event will begin 60 minutes before your rental start time. If you’d like a sooner set up time, there is a $50 convenience fee which can be added on during checkout. Breakdown begins immediately after your rental end time.

Sales/Discounts

We offer a number of sales and discounts throughout the year. You must meet the sale requirements for the discount to apply. Once the communicated date expires, codes will no longer be honored. Be sure to follow our instagram to stay on top of running promotions.

Electrical Power/Space

For both our traditional photobooth and all DJ services, electrical power is needed. We require a table, near an outlet to be set up upon arrival. A table is only required for the photobooth if you’d like photo props. We suggest designating an area for both services to ensure adequate room is available.

Insurance

If your event venue requires insurance, the cost of that coverage will be added to your invoice. Day-of insurance policies aren’t normally expensive, we will discuss options with you prior to adding anything to your invoice.
